The Facilities
What’s at the Bay
Most of what guests and owners use sits on the non-private side of the bay. The hotel, beach club, dive centre, jetty, and main restaurants are all there. Owners enter from a separate gate, but use the same facilities as resort guests.
The hotel is sized at boutique scale, not resort scale. It exists for short stays, owner family visits, and as overflow accommodation while villas are under build. The beach club is run in partnership with Rascal Republic, the group behind Rascal Voyages and the wider surf and sail community across Lombok and the Komodo islands.
A smaller set of facilities is owner-exclusive or by booking: the helipad, the floating villas, the jungle treehouses, and the amphitheatre. The rest stay open to the whole community on the bay.

Every facility above is shared between resort guests and Rinjani Bay residential owners. Owners enter through a separate gate but use the same beach club, dive centre, gym, and spa as hotel guests. Residential plots are released in named collections, each defined by where it sits on the bay.
