Great things are happening at Rinjani Bay as we continue to advance our infrastructure and roadworks. We have started concreting the roads above the Rinjani Bay Hotel, improving access to the upper-level plots, with completion targeted for the end of November. This key phase will significantly enhance connectivity within Rinjani Bay, ensuring ease of movement for both residents and guests.
As these infrastructure take shape, we anticipate a remarkable 20% annual capital appreciation over the first two years, highlighting the growing value for our plot owners. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue shaping Rinjani Bay into a bucket list destination in West Sumbawa.
