LATEST INFRATRUCTURE UPDATE

Exciting developments are underway at Rinjani Bay as our infrastructure and roadworks forge ahead.
Currently, we are focusing on creating the roadworks above the Rinjani Bay Hotel, providing access to the upper-level plots. This crucial phase will enhance connectivity within the development, ensuring ease of movement for residents and guests.

In addition to the roadworks, we are in the engineering phase of building an advanced storm water storage system. This system is designed to catch and store rainwater, reducing our dependence on borewell water. By implementing this sustainable water management solution, we demonstrate our commitment to creating a place of sustainable luxury living in Samara Lombok.

As these infrastructure advancements unfold, we anticipate a remarkable annual capital appreciation of 20% over the first two years. This projected increase underscores the growing value of Rinjani Bay for our plot owners.
Stay tuned for further updates on our construction progress as we continue to transform Rinjani Bay into a coveted destination in West Sumbawa.

Sail to Indonesia 2024, scheduled for 13-18 September, is set to be a remarkable event that promises to significantly boost tourism and economic growth in Sumbawa. With at least 30 boats participating, Gelora Beach will welcome approximately 100 visitors for them to explore the island’s natural beauty and cultural richness.

As one of the 22 destinations on the itinerary, Sumbawa will host the longest land stop, with visitors staying for six days. This extended stay is expected to bring substantial economic benefits to the local communities, providing opportunities for small businesses, local artisans, and service providers.

The influx of tourists will not only increase demand for accommodations, dining, and recreational activities but also offer a platform for cultural exchange and showcase the unique heritage of Sumbawa. This underscores Sumbawa’s potential as a premier travel destination in Indonesia, with the growing tourism sector that contributes to the island’s overall economic development.
SUMBAWA’S UPCOMING BEACHSIDE DESTINATION: GELORA BEACH

Since the commencement of its development in Q3 2023, Gelora Beach in Sumbawa has seen remarkable progress, with 80% of the project now complete. The extensive development covers essential infrastructure, including a scenic beachside promenade, improved road access, a drainage system, public benches and outdoor furnitures, and thoughtfully designed green zones.
These enhancements shows Sumbawa’s commitment to focus on growing the tourism sector. The project not only aims to provide modern amenities for visitors but also prioritises the preservation of Sumbawa’s natural beauty. By striking a balance between accessibility and conservation, Gelora Beach is set to become a beachside destination in Sumbawa, offering tourists convenience in experiencing the island’s breathtaking landscapes.
