LATEST ROADWORKS UPDATE
Exciting progress is underway at Rinjani Bay as we near the completion of phase 1 roadworks. Since our last update, we’re thrilled to announce that we’ve completed an impressive 90% of the earthworks for our roads. Next up, we’ll focus on installing drainage systems, which will pave the way for bringing water closer to fruition.
As these infrastructure milestones unfold, we anticipate an annual capital appreciation of 20%, reflecting the increasing value of Rinjani Bay for our land plot owners.
KERTASARI’S SEAWEED FARMING TRADITION
